I thought Pickett finished last year pretty good. So I thought he would come out this year and be good. But NO! He looks uncomfortable, he is forcing his passes. You can say the o-line needs to give him more time? He might not be a starting QB in the NFL? He might make a good second string QB are third string QB?.

 

It all starts and ends with the head coach, and he starts and ends with the owner, period, end of story. Rooney gets no pass for this mess.

I lived in Angleton about hour, and a half outside of Houston. I actually I lived all over Texas at one time , or another, but I just brought that up because it was close to Houston.

 

Watching tape of Kenny he is missing reads. Happy feet. Bad choices. But! I still believe in him. However, I don't believe in him with this OC.

Why should I be optimistic Kenny will suddenly turn it around. For that matter, I don't want to see mitch in there. Heck, I'd rather see the oak sapling throwing it down field and getting 6 sacks if he gets the week off.

You can blame him or the Coordinator on that, depending on your subjective opinion on who think is the problem. Kenny is just as talented as Brock Purdy and the 49ers seem to get a lot out of him. He's no Homes or Herbert for sure.
