On a scale of 1-10 how concerned are you about Pickett's play going forward?

The control rods were able to be lowered so I'm back down to a 5!

 

Update: Still a 4 for me.


Monday Night raised this to a six... then I realized how much Kenny was doing with so little being offered to him by Matt. After being noted that Matt Canada JUST RECENTLY began working more with Kenny... I lowered my score back down to 4. Sunday Night should have lowered it even more but I would like to see a repeat performance of Kenny come next Sunday against Houston. Yes, Houston is a lot more tougher than others thought but missing Derek Stingley Jr should mean a lot of chances for both Calvin Austin the Third and George Pickens.


He has hit both in back to back Prime Time Games. Time to see if he can do it against a team where the CB talent isn't as great as the previous two; doubly so in Cleveland's case.

 

And I'm back to maybe a 4. Big jump down but got his 2 TD performance and looked all around better. One more in a row like that and with some progress and I'm down to 2 and will at least just go back to just not worrying about it and looking for improvements for a 2nd year guy.

 

I'm 5. But next week will tell me a better story.

 

I would like to see some of you stand in there when a 300 pd
lineman that can run a 4.5 is wanting to take your head off. LOL

 

This is why He is making more than most will ever make in their life on this board. Sometimes it takes just that to make a big play.
Hell I used to climb in the ring for free....LoL....so I hope He takes a few hits to win a game... He's making around 4 million a year with signing bonus. While not a lot for a Qb by along shot....still more than most of us will see.

"Going forward to where?" To the Texans? I'll go with a 3. To playing playoff caliber teams like the 9ers? 7 or 8. No change from before. Throwing two TDs vs the Raiders is one thing. Kenny keeping up with the Chiefs or Bills is quite another.

Since I believe we all have a goal of competing for a Super Bowl win, that means "how concerned we are going forward" would relate to how concerned we would be in facing the top teams. Kenny concerns me when doing that.

 

I think that's a Rooney problem.

 

Well, the Steelers don't face anymore elite teams like the 49ers the rest of this season .

 

On paper, right now, that that always changes. And if we make the playoffs?

 

Only the Chiefs and Miami look elite in the AFC, the Bills and Bengals aren't unbeatable.

 

Who is to say we won't be better by then???

We’ve seen worse however i don’t recall a worse coordinator indoctrinating some actual talent other than fichtner but we k ew who we had. This O actually has some measurable but the coaching is way subpar. I get coaching on par with way subpar talent. Players can and do make coaches look better but I don’t see that happening here this time round
