The problem was throwing the ball in double coverage to a guy that is 5'6". He isn't going to win any jump balls against the DB's

Fitzpatrick did on that play, but the officials handed the Texans a first down at the one with a terrible call. Poor officiating affects a game. It is a valid part of discussing this game so far.
