    For those that maybe interested.
I always watch without volume...I only need My eyes, and of course I'm constantly listening to music, but I have heard mixed reviews on His breakdowns. It maybe , but I appreciate His taking the time, and all the different angles.
Also most of what I've heard Him say is pretty spot on, and I'm thankful He takes the time to do these.
All I'm getting at is if You dont like what He has to say... turn down the volume, and Use Your eyes, and judge for Yourself. I believe little by little KFP is getting better.

Although He did do better, and as long as this continues...I will be happy, but yes still plays to be made. I still say He is Young, and will progress, and I root for Him big time, but I can't put the blame on everything else, and not Him. Just like I can't put everything on just Him.

There’s a foolish thought process here that if you point to anything negative about bigk you hate him. He made some progress on Sunday night, but there’s a long ways to go imo. Sunday will be interesting. The Texans hc is the 49ers former dc. I’m betting the defense we face Sunday will schematically be very similar to what we saw week 1. Assuming that’s true How Pickett fares will be quite telling imo.

I agree. I just wonder if they have the players to pull it off like the 9ers. Running a scheme is one thing....having the players to pull it off is another. Have You seen how well CJ Stroud navigates the pocket??? He does it very very well. I'm really hoping our pass rush changes that. LoL

Agreed KFP is slowly getting better, he cant go down too much further. Hopefully they keep letting him roll out , coz he is not comfortable at all in the pocket, even when he has time to throw!

    That was funny!

Don't get him started guy;) I think we all understand his stand on the running QB. How great it would be to win a SB with one. Be one hell of a time on this board.

just watched video. KFP not recognizing his first read, i dont know if he doesn’t trust himself enough to make the throw or looking at the film he wasnt even looking at his 1 read. ??? Also he still is running into pressure. Specifically one play he had quality blocking to his right side and he moved to his left right into a blitzer!?
hopefully he sits and watches film and learns from these obvious mistakes.

I look at it this way....

Ride or die with KP this year. If he succeeds great, if he fails, higher draft pick for the next guy.

    My thought exactly.
That stuff is legal in Arkansas, but just plain internet porn is not.

I always get a notice when i click on a website sayin:

    Hello user,
We here in the Natural State of Arkansas want to keep you morally cleansed so we will not allow you to view this material.
We care for your health both mentally and physically. Instead of sitting in front of this screen, Get off your arse and go outside and ride an animal.
    ENJOY!

They will give him next year as well at a minimum. If he hasn’t shown significant improvement by then his 5th year option will be declined and they’ll be looking to draft another qb

It seems like the game is just moving too fast for him. One of his downfalls coming out was he can get happy feet. In the NFL when windows are smaller and guys are faster, QB's have to be able to move around the pocket without bailing at the first sign of a pass rush and they have to see the open guy a split second before he's open. The pocket is rarely going to be perfect.
The coaches can help slow the rush down, but at the end of the day, it's on Pickett to recognize where the rush is coming from, when it's time so slide around the pocket, when it's time to bail, where the guys are that are about to open, because once they're actually open it's too late, and then he has to make the throw.

I don't know if I've seen progress from Pickett or not. The caliber of defence we played is very different and the sample size is too small.

Some might find the presentation more engaging with this one. Does a good job giving an unbiased analysis, though he admits not really liking Canada's concepts.

Kenny is doing great. He will get even better as year progresses. Just like last year. The only team in the NFL to have two passes over 70 yards. Last year the longest throw he had was 30 yards As for him missing Connor Heyward I believe as many others do Connor ran wrong route.

I heard yesterday that Aaron Rodgers was 6-10 his first year starting. After 3 on the bench. KP is already better than that. But doesn’t have 17 games started yet. QB is the toughest job on the field. It may take some time. MC doesn’t help either, but I digress.

It’s a really good video, and I commented in another thread about the lack of creativity of the scheme. It’s just so vanilla and repetitive, and I think it made things harder on the players to execute until they ran into a lousy defense Sunday night.
