Bengals look like poopy

Imagine paying that kind of money for the turd of an offense they're rolling out there. Burrow is hurt, not injured. If he were that bad they should sit him and get him healthy.

 

They need to sit burrow something is wrong with him.

 

Please explain hurt vs injured. Serious inquiry (not being a smart ass)

 

I mean... the more Cincy plays this, the more likely Burrow is gonna get effed up.

 

I agree Bengals are playing with fire having an immobile Burrow out there, but make no mistake he is limited by that injury. With him healthy they're still the best team in the division

 

That's a phrase you hear all the ex athletes say on sports radio but I take it to mean that if you're hurt, you are still able to play but will probably be less affective due to a nagging injury. Like the calf strain Burrow has. A guy that is injured is unable to play. Being ruled out, put on injured reserve, etc.

 

agree with OP thread. They looked bad last night, the defense bailed them out as the Rams had some tragic failures in the red zone.

Cincy is. Stop investing so damn much in FA with cast-off Offensive Lineman and address the problem in the draft. For that matter, many Offensive Minded Head Coaches not named Andy Reid seem to not either understand this or ignore it all together.


No matter how great a play caller one is, if they don't have even average protection... their QB is gonna get messed up. Zac Taylor's play calls themselves have been substandard thus far. He needs to take blame for this as well.

 

It’s kind of like the difference between jail and prison. Do something stupid spend the night or a few hours in a jail cell and go home. Do something really stupid like commit murder you’re not going home after a couple hours.

I think you have that backwards. Hurt means you can play through it. Injured is more severe.

Well I've been to one a few times, and Pray to the Lord I never have to go to the other, but I've had plenty of friends that have spent serious time at both. LoL
