As I always say, "He who laughs last....didn't get it!" Guess that's us. BTW - not sure if it's in your itinerary but a must in Italy is taking a ride on the Pendolino (their bullet train). I rode it from near the Swiss border down to Florence back in late 90's. Amazing experience - the telephone poles passing by looked like a picket fence. I later added it to my N gauge model RR layout.

I took it from Rome to Florence

Then slow local trains to Siena Orvieto and Rome

I did a high speed train from Barcelona to Madrid in May it was smoother than a jet at 35000 feet

Next trip I’m planing on is slow trains trough the Swiss alps including Bernier Express and Glacier Express

I like trains I made three really good/big trips in the past Vancouver to San Diego Montreal to Vancouver and Beijing to Moscow

Yeah but at what point can the league turn a blind eye to Pickett getting smacked clearly in his face mask several times with no roughing the passer call but they flag Fitzpatrick for a shoulder bump that knocked Jimmy G to the ground.

I go back to my rule about hockey officiating. If it's a penalty in the 1st it should be a penalty in the third or is footballs case the 4th. Don't swallow your whistle on hits to the QB's head and suddenly give a make up call late in game to the other team. Be consistent ref.

He's in the "Kenny sucks until he's won a 2nd superbowl and I'm right about that" crowd. Miserable bunch.

Gelato and bullet trains. That's all I need in life. I'm very jealous of you right now JEH. Have you ever seen so many motor scooters in your life? Did you pick up a T shirt or postcard depicting "The Penises of Florence"? They were quite popular when I was there. Wouldn't you agree, that David's a grown man.

Because Pickett has more TDs than INTs. You want him to fail.

This, and if it a penalty for an Allen or Mahomes hit, then the same applies for every QB and player. I know it's subjective, but the differences are glaring/

Sadly there are some fans who care more about being right on the internet than they do about the team doing well.

Last night's performance was more what I expected week one. In retrospect, anyway.

LoL. Only problem with that my Friend is TUA. While pretty good....I don't think He has stayed healthy since HS. It's the only reason I didn't want Him.

You couldn't be more wrong. I've been defending him and explaining in football terms what I believe has been holding him back.

I simply don't underststand how people decide to take shots at Ben Roethlisberger by saying Kenny Pickett accomplished something Ben didn't by winning a regular season game on the road. It doesn't make any sense to tear down a Hall of Fame quarterback to lift up a young guy that everyone should want to see succeed. Respecting Big Ben and wanting Kenny Pickett to succeed should not be a decision or mutually exclusive positions. Both things can happen at the same time if you are an adult with common sense.

I don't understand your accusation. You are clearly basing it on fiction because if you had read any of my posts before you came at me you would know that I feel Kenny Pickett can be a very good quarterback and is in a bad situation.

Do some research and get back to me when you know what you are talking about regarding my thoughts on Kenny Pickett.

Wow, two people making claims about me that don't know what they are talking about.

Read my post above to HeinzMustard. It applies to you too.

You guys should really know what you are talking about before posting. I'm on your side by liking and defending Kenny, but have common sense enough to still respect the great quarterbacks that came before him and I can give an honest evaluation of what I see on the field.
