I did the same, but I wouldn't say I "played" golf. I hit the ball all over the course and had 0 clue what my driver was doing which made for a long day. Should have just went to the 3 or 7 wood off the tee. Got a 7 wood this year and so much better than a 3 or 4 hybrid for me.

    GOLF!!!

recorded Bungles / Rats. Good game. RATS look good early here in the season, much to my chagrin. If Lamar and key players stay healthy, they will be a tough out in the AFC this year. We won't be.

That’s awesome. I first saw them at Hershey in 1988. Been to 5 shows.

Once age took over I got my first 7 wood and fell in love with it. Pretty easy club to hit with good lie. Funny watching young strong guys ask to try it. It is like a whip to them with the senior flex.

he was very good yesterday. change in OC, seems to be an early nice marriage. He threw some nice balls, even outside the hash marks, which has been an issue for him. the game might be slowing down for him, he 'sees' better now

Sorry man! Golf a fickle game...I was on the struggle bus all year with my driver, now it's working pretty well. Keep grinding!

JW4 was just alright for me. Definitely least favorite of the series. Was entertaining, but just kinda rinse and repeat. Just IMO.

I was good from April thru July then I didn't golf as much. The whole time I was waiting for my game to fall apart and yesterday it did. Still would rather spend the day on the course regardless of how bad I play.

Went to a charity event for the Darren Dalton Foundation (ex-phillies catcher) in Chesapeake city Md. Then home to watch the Sunday night game…. Although I fell asleep just after halftime! I’m getting old. Lol

Canning spgti sauce in nearly a lost art. I envy anyone still doing so. Using tomatoes from your garden? Brilliant.

When I first started golf, I had a club in my bag called a "spoon," it was an especially small wood, seemed like about a 7 wood. It was great for blasting fairway woods without the loss of control of a larger wood. But, it was a really old club (I think it was my grandparents) and it just exploded into pieces one day. But I loved me that "spoon."

I remember the spoon. I once hit a great 7 iron to about 4 feet and I was holding the pose. When I pulled the club back down the head was off it. My friends were laughing their ass off but I never felt it come off the shaft and there it was about 2-3 feet beside me. Missed the birdie and my round was ruined cause I was PO'd I lost my 7 iron. Set was about 6 months old. Clevelands.
