Oven roasted salmon and broccoli. I coat the salmon with a paste of herbs mixed with olive oil that carmelizes at the 425 degree roasting temp. Good stuff.

I'm too damn old to eat that late so I'll have Chips, Coors Light and some homemade orangecello. Should we get our asses handed to us I'll drink whole damn bottle of orangecello.

Egg rolls, Spring Rolls, Pot Stickers and Fried Rice w/veggies. No reason, just easy. All toaster oven pre-made stuff. Game starts right at normal dinner time. Hopefully it all stays down by games end.

Forgotten and Elvis with all due respect, Salmon and NFL watching just seem really odd. Although your dinners sound great.

I have this image of group of guys fired up over a TD, sitting back down and asking someone to pass the glaze for their salmon. It doesn't work;)

I just bought 2 large pork tenderloins. Gonna get 'em on my smoker in about 30-45. Make some pan-seared chops for the game tomorrow. Got a few sweet taters to either bake or sometimes I cut them into bite sizes and add other veggies like squash/zuccs/red onion/shrooms/etc, wet with olive oil, season with pepper and garlic salt and roast. Have not decided that part yet.Charcoal chimney still getting my coals right so I have plenty of time to decide.

Well since Subway is now slicing their deli meets fresh I am going to have... Marinated chicken thigh's grilled with sautéed broccoli and garden red peppers in garlic and EV oil with roasted red potatoes with fresh herbs from my garden.

We have a Subway in our local Walmart but I've never been to one. Not a big hoagie guy at this point in time but when I was it was Primo's. Is a Subway comparable to Primo's????

Not the one by my house. I went the other day and it was the same as it's always been with two exceptions: they had a shiny new slicer and they had no roast beef! Their bread always seems stale to me. I like Jimmy John's better!

Oh, I’ll be done eating dinner well before game time. I guess technically during the game I will most likely either be eating popcorn… or puking up salmon if the Steelers :poopy: the bed again.

Browns fan here.. Fried bologna actually sounds good. However, I’ve committed to homemade potato skins w/cheese green onions and bacon bits. Bacon wrapped water chestnuts covered with a ketchup&brown sugar sauce. Then a little shrimp cocktail on the side. If I were gonna do a Pittsburgh theme, I’d have tried to make a Primanti’s style pastrami sandwich. However, I can’t nail the slaw or bread like they can.

Agree, I thought their stale bread was just me but now I have proof. Give me a Mom and Pop sub shop over any of the franchises. Mahogany Smoked Meats on 395 leaving Bishop is pretty good and they pack them thick!

A few years ago, my wife and I went through what is probably the worst idea in fast food history in Crescent City. A drive through Subway! Now, we've all been there, standing in line, as they ask you what vegetables you want on your sandwich. Imagine that but, being in a line of cars! Especially if you order more than 2 sandwiches!
Anyway, I'll be in Seattle for Monday's game. Not sure what's for dinner yet.
