There is no comparison. Ben already had that it factor. I don't see any of that from Kenny. But, I will say that Ben had all the necessaries around him. Better oline, veteran weapons, and definitely a better head and asst coaches. But, Ben still performed way better than anyone would've expected. Except for that first afcc and the first superbowl

 

None of that refutes my point, that the receivers weren't open on the first few drives. Johnson wasn't open on that play. Pickett was taking a shot, trying to throw him open.

 

The second example was early and dj was open by a few yards with nobody in front.

the first interception was on the 2nd drive. Not only did picket make a terrible off target throw a legit argument could be made that the throw shouldn’t have been made. So clearly it wasn’t late in the game when Pickett played like ass

 

Sorry, but saying that any multitude of quarterbacks that are as good as Sam Darnold would have done as well as Ben is ridiculous.

I never wrote that it was late in the game. I did write that it was a result of having no receivers to throw to, so he forced one into coverage.

He shouldn't have mentioned AB name on the radio, after Ben threw that bonehead interception against Denver in the endzone .

Ben was an incredible QB. I believe he will be a first ballot HOF.

Also true is the fact that the Steelers were loaded and they brought Ben along slowly. That offensive line had Alan Faneca in his prime, and a good Marvel Smith and Jeff Hartings. It took Ben years to shake off the moniker of being a game manager.

I think it’s unfair to compare Ben and Kenny. I think we should give Kenny some time to determine if he is even the quarterback of the future. We have a young team and much is yet to be determined (good or bad).

Being fair.....I have never seen a Qb that could do it that way...that many times. I've seen multiple camera men faked by it. LoL
