I will give McFarland this. He has never looked this good before on kickoff returns. It's a nice positive change.

 

McFarland at least is showing some life.

 

TOMLIN is highly overrated but you had to try this is about as embarrassing as anything I’ve seen needed a break.

 

It is. I have high hopes for Pickett. The more I watch this year's rookies play today, the more I see how BAD Pickett is. Hell, watching Purdy play today is showing how bad Pickett is. Purdy was the very last pick in the draft, a pick that is laughable enough to be called Mr. Irrelevant.

This is not how I wanted a Steelers to open the season especially after preseason totally disappointed

 

Go figure, McFarland has really been the only bright spot so far
