Easier doesn't mean easy. Better stay focused. They still have Hargrave, Greenlaw, and Warner. McCaffrey, Samuels, and Aiyuk(sp). This team is still loaded. I do like we get them at home and minus those 2 guys. No penalties, no turnovers.

Win now. We'll worry about them at full strength on February 11th.

At this point I'm not even worried if Bosa plays, if he plays the Steelers should run right at him, line up Washington next to the tackle and Bosa will be tapping out :hehehe:.

I'm going to continue believing both will play until they don't.

I'm okay if the Steelers and 49ers get there and San Francisco isn't at full strength then, either.

That's also how I see it. They may not be at 100 percent, but I fully expect to see Bosa and Kittle in the game Sunday.

Exactly. Most I'm hoping for right now is limited plays/production from either of them. The absence of one or both is just icing on the cake. Assuming they're still able to pull out a victory of course.

Bosa is almost guaranteed out. Kittle might play.

He'd have to sign the contract extension tomorrow before the initial injury report comes out right. It would take some creative paper filing but it could be done.

I figure it because it’s almost Wednesday and he has yet to even report to the team in any capacity. I don’t care how good he is you don’t just show up Thursday or Friday and have 0 reps all preseason miss all game prep for the week and play more than a handful of downs. I mean he could sign last minute and possibly log a couple snaps as just an edge rusher I suppose.

Strangely though that has happened before somewhat and with the 49ers I believe. Aldon Smith drafted 7th overall by the Niners couldn't Crack the starting lineup initially but was brought in situationally to just rush the passer and was top ten in sacks and all they asked him to do was attack the QB. The Bosa's are like the Watts freakishly athletic, he could walk in off the street and disrupt things. I'd attack him the same way teams attacked Jarred Allen. Let his motor force him wide on a loop into the backfield and run a draw right through the space he makes.

After a 17 game season and three weeks of playoffs, nobody is going to be at full strength. A lot depends on who is unavailable.

The 49ers are without their 2 best players and they are still favored to win!!! WTF?

Vegas clearly isn't buying the Steelers hype. They also might not be buying that either of those guys will actually miss the game Sunday.

I don’t think Kittle is one of SFs best two players. Mccafrey is certainly better as well as a few others on D to start.

Until they are definitely out they are probably counting them in

And at this point it’s not Vegas setting the line it’s the money being bet

Let's just beat whoever the hell shows up to play.

I never actively hope for a player not to be available to play. Always assume the best are going to play and adjust to anything different.

    Go Steelers!
