Last week get smoked by the Chargers a very bad team and then this week the Chargers get beat down by Carolina at home another bad team. I think Carolina had 6 sacks and forced 2 turnovers but the old and slow Steelers defense couldn't sack Rivers or cause turnovers.

And the New England Patriots, who beat the Houston Texans by 4 TDs last week, lost to the Arizona Cardinals who were beaten 58-0 yesterday by the Seahawks.

Getting beaten by an inferior team is the exception for the Pats. It seems to be the rule for the Steelers this year.

    um yeah..no it hasnt...

A frequently heard argument is that Tomlin has always “played down to the competition.”
Actually, Tomlin has won 75 percent of his games (33-11) against losing teams. He went 16-0 against them the past two seasons.
This season, like in 2009, Tomlin has lost to a lot of bad teams. And like three years ago, the Steelers aren‘t all that hot themselves, mostly because they have been decimated by injuries. In his other four years, Tomlin was 28-3 against losing teams.

You may want to go back and check the Pats in previous years. I seem to remember numerous losses to the Jets Dolphins and even the Browns in the not too distant past.

Turnovers folks. The best in the league will lose to the worst if they cough the ball up enough and that's exactly what we've done this year.
