They are going to have him snap to himself and the offense will consist of 4 rbs, 5wrs and TE's and it will be a rebirth of the run and shoot, ultimate football style

I agree that nobody knows if ,or what He got in offers. I also agree that the easiest answer if not a starter elsewhere is say put. I also don't think the Steelers resigned him out of sympathy. I personally don't want either backup. I think they both suck, but in a different way. One can't throw a competition past 10 yards in the air, and the other can only throw deep. I kinda like My guy to be able to do a little both.

Mason said that grass isn’t always greener on the other side. I took that as he didn’t get an offer. And it sounded like he called Omar and Mike T to get his job back

Maybe, it was close. I could be wrong. Plenty of other bad ones though.

I hate both of our backups too. Problem is we don't have an alternative at this point.

You guys might not like the backup QBs, but I hear from the media that the Steelers have one of the best QB rooms in the league, usually the 3rd QB is some scrub college guy Mason has started before and won some games.

The Colts aren't doing their rookie QB any favors, they don't want to pay their top 10 RB in Taylor, and their WR room is really weak.

This is basically the same team that some on here said would win the division for the last two years....besides the RB

I was about to question your scouting ability :hehehe:, I think Rush was a third round pick, and he couldn't even make the 53 man squad.

Didn't both of them play at South Carolina? Maybe that's why I got them confused.

Rush was taken in the fifth round, not the third, then cut by the Colts. STD is correct in that the Chiefs claimed him off waivers.

Completely agree. I don't see how his spot is justified at this point. Got at least two guys to return kicks/punts ahead of him and two others to do jet sweeps ahead of him. Wouldn't be surprised if he's a healthy scratch the bulk of the season.
