Yes. Ben needs to run what his OC tells him to run.

If Ben is not listening to the OC, then he's no good to the team. Sit him. Charlie will run what is called w/out b*tching.

I have heard from a relative of a very prominent player on the team that when practice is over, Ben is out of the building in like five minutes unless he has to doa interview or something, otherwise, it's apparent that he just doesn't come from the same mold of manning(s) and brady, that's for sure. While it frustrates the crap out of me, no other QB in the league couldn't bought 9 seconds with that TD throw to Heath yesterday. We have to take the good with the bad with Ben, period!

I hope he did.....he lost the game for us. What was wrong with the quick pitches to Miller to get us down field in FG range, OH I know why.....They were working and we never stick with something that works.

anyone that thinks Ben was calling out Haley on the play calling needs English lessons ... He never said it.....

he said we called the wrong play because after we made the call the Cowboys changed to a prevent Def .... making the play that was called a bad play call for the situation , a situation that was unbeknownst to them at the time they called their play ... but some people can not see the difference apparently

If Ben's OC is not listening to him, then he's no good to this team either.

Exactly, it's two way street The OC and QB don't have to be friends, but they have to be on the same page.

And you do not think that Brady or Manning would have changed the play after seeing that......I think so.

to be honest it damned hard to talk football around here without getting cartoon videos and cupcake talk over running the thread to the point of there is more talk of that than football ... don't know how some of you do it , glad I post elsewhere too I couldn't take this as my only place to post on football

Easy for you guys to see the open receivers when you don't have defenders trying to kill you. If there were any even open.

    Checkmate.

The hype going into the season was wether or not BR and TH could get along. They do. But the media (and a lot of unnerved fans) are hanging on every syllable from Ben just waiting for some "dis" so they can make a mountain out of a mole hill.

Yep, I thought so too, he took that loss particularly hard, also turned and left without going out on the field to shake anyones hand.

Sorry if you can't take a little bit of humor mixed in with your sports talk. This isn't our jobs and none of us make money from the Steelers, so what's wrong with a little levity injected into some threads?

I bet you're the life of the party when you go out.

I do just fine when I go out ...thanks for the concern though ,,, when I go out I am out for laughs and do not expect to be talking football , when I go to a football forum i should get a sense that football is the topic and not cartoons or cupcakes .... maybe that is on me for expecting FOOTBALL foum to be about football ... how silly to expect such a thing /headsmash
