Trading Kendrick Green for a 6th rounder, may be more impressive than trading Claypool and getting the top pick of the 2nd round.

    Impressive stuff outta Omar.

I wouldn't of given you crap for him because I know you would cut him if I was the Texans GM and really wanted the guy.

    :hmm:

    Um... brothers and sisters?!!?

Jarvis and Artie may have been disappointments for sure on their time in Pittsburgh. However, both had played those positions extensively in college. Kendrick only played 4 games, as a Center, in college.

Let me repeat that; a Top Three Team Pick gets drafted to play a position in which he has less than 1000 total snaps. Let that sink in; a player playing a position with less that 1000 snaps..

    ... WHAT THE %#$K?!

    This.

The fact that Green had any value at all is what is impressive.

It's not like anybody thought Washington wasn't going to make the team. He played ahead of Gentry in the preseason games, too. I think the idea was that they would keep four tight ends given Heyward's versatility.

I know nothing about texans OL. But KG is already listed 3rd on their C depth chart. Scriggs the rookie from PS is listed as questionable, and another starter at guard Kenyon Green is listed is as well. They have a 2nd year C form Pitt (7th round), who is also listed as back up on the other G position. This may be a very long year for Stroud, it he makes it through the year.

Which brings the question, if Green warrants a 6th rounder, is anyone getting cut BETTER? lol I get the starting but may give leverage, but damn.

If Jimmy Morrissey is let go, I wouldn't mind nabbing him.

Its in the top 5 for sure. Where they thought that is a head scratcher. And gave up a 3rd!

But, at least the mistake is gone! And was traded! The Texans have only 4 healthy offensive lineman and rumor has it Green will be a starter :lolol:

As he is list as main back up at C and G, and the 4th (now) C is on IR, I think they keep him, lol.

I was rooting for him, wanted to see first and goal and his big butt bully his way into the endzone and do a big ol’ Gronk spike.

Good luck to him and Gentry. Pat has to be bummed, lost his grilling partner.

Khan ... does it again. And, he's not finished. I knew that this guy was a genius with the salary cap but these roster moves definitely put us in contention to compete competitively

You aren’t incorrect. For me, Jarvis did nothing from the second he arrived. Artie’s deterioration was slower.

I believe they do. I think this must mean that Presley has left the building.

Interestingly enough, the Eagle’s have zero punters on their roster
