Tommy Eichenberg from Ohio State would be an excellent student for him. Plenty athletic, hard nosed and tough, Tommy would be a great addition to thr team.

 

Never used any of the three. But I worry about some of yinz.

 

There are certainly some guys that diagnose plays and then aggressively act on what they see, and they arrive with intent to smack someone. It has been a little while since we have seen multiple players play ILB with that disposition. It feels good.

 

How did Dotson do tonight? Good enough to stay on the 53?

I backed it up and watched that play 2 times and Cruickshank did not give up on that play and he did dive. He had his man beat and it was overthrown.

Muse tracking the ball carrier behind the DL and making the stop was great. Typically guys guess the gap and the back goes right by them.

 

Difficult to say.


That said, if last week against Cincy was any indication... it is possible.

The officials never disappoint when it comes to disappointing performances.

 

His 40 time was 4.52. Pickens was 4.47. Rudolph should be able to hit a reciever only slightly slower than a guy that will soon become the Steelers #1.
