To bad they don't make tobacco in an edible form. I golf with tons of the over 60 crowd and once weed was made into an edible so many jumped on it.

I spent 10 years working with 12 known carcinogens. Young and dumb and had no idea. Not a big work place but I knew guys who worked there for 35-40 years and not one of them died of cancer. Strange indeed, I went to their funerals and most died in their 80's of everything but cancer.

 

When I was a little kid this was the $hit to Me. Between this album , My Uncles Black Sabbath albums, and My Grandfather's Hee Haw show.....it's what made Me want to play music. I remember My cousin alway acting like He was playing the drum solo in this when it came on. LoL

Not many folks know about Delbert McClinton. I love his music. This song was one of my favorites.

 

I believe a lot of people know this Grammy winning Texas ole boy. At least in My part of the country they do.

I believe He did. I don't listen to him so I don't know the tune, but I know I heard a song on the radio by him that the main music was identical.

Why ??? I grew up in a diverse family of different musical tastes, and I Loved it all.

 

You know Metallica plays this on the pa before every show I've seen them live.
