Song, or Instrumental of the Day.

I've been listening to them for years, and they cover everything. I have two cds by them. One is them doing Metallica songs, and one doing BLS(Zakk Wylde) songs. I have a friend that has a CD of them doing AC/DC songs, but since I'm not a fan of acdc....I never got it.

 

My favorite song on My favorite Hendrix album. I have 3 different copies of this album. Cd/tape, and record.

 

No. I only smoke about 5 a day. I've never smoked more than a half a pack. I smoke so little most people I know don't even know. Hell I smoked when I was fighting. It's a after I eat type of thing. LoL

Hey, Bruce Willis (so sad) was a hell of a fighter and he smoked Pulp Fiction.

 

I used to smoke. A LOT. I was finally able to quit after 39 years! 3 years after I quit, I was diagnosed with lung cancer. I've been in remission for 9 years now. Bottom line, anytime you set something on fire and breathe it in, it ain't good for your lungs!

 

If you listen to there other stuff they kind of sound like a lot of other bands too... Lol

 

This is probably my favorite from them

 

I saw them live in the 80s. They were the first act for the Van Halens monsters of rock.
They were terrible but so was Dokken. Thank God for the Scorpions and Metallica. They saved that show.

 

Now this sounds like the Black Crows. LoL

LoL. I have a cousin that's a drummer in Chicago he played for the singer from smashing pumpkins before smashing pumpkins......he's a huge fan of abba.....I've never got it.

 

I totally agree, but this push for everyone to stop smoking with everything we breathe in the air, and the stuff in our food makes me laugh. Yes if You smoke 2 packs a day what do You expect.....the same can be said for if You did anything to that extent. I have always laugh at the .....You can't smoke over here rule.....as 60 cars are going bye a min.
I always said let's do an experiment....put one guy in a garage with 50 smokers for 24 hours, and check him out....now let put one guy with a car running in a garage for 24 hours, and check him out. See which live longer. LoL. I pray Your cancer stays in remission.
Also when I watched My Grandmother on one side of My family never smoke, and die of lung cancer at 69, and My Grandfather on the otherside of My family smoke since He was 11(He said) live till 88....

 

The problem with them was the volume. They were too loud. Some of the songs were difficult to decipher.

 

As you say, we inhale so many other things during an average day. I say, why add to that? I used to chuckle at all the time and money spent on trying to ban smoking tobacco while promoting smoking weed. As I said, when you set something on fire and inhale the smoke.......
My cancer was most likely the result of smoking, I also used to work with a lot of different chemicals. Paints, varnishes resins, thinners. Could have been one of those or, a combo of both.

Was your cousin in the band Chicago or city?? I loved The Pumpkins first album. Corgan is an intense person but I dig him. Corgan and Abba, hahahahahahaha.

 

LoL the city...He lived not far from Corgan, and they were band mates for a while. Matter of fact My cousins little brother said that My cousin quit , and told Corgan nobody wants to listen to Your goofy $hit. LoL.
