    And I love it!

    Colbert was a great GM for so many years with the steelers but at the end,some negociation was way too long(like the one of T.J Watt in 2021)

    My i add, Alex so glad you are here, but no you are not Shohei Ohtani..but seeing how he may sign a 600 million plus fully guaranteed contract soon, I respect you for trying.

    We will have to see but this is going to be a hit. I was hoping we could save some and make some room to sign a free agent, but I don't think that'll happen.

    They probably didn't want to pay that much with the guaranteed money and all to Sutton, I guess they don't see him as a #1 CB, I wanted him to stay too because of his versatility.

    The hit might not be as big as you think, Highsmith will likely play the 2023 season under his rookie deal, the new contract won't kick in until 2024.

    Great job by Khan getting this deal done before training camp starts, Highsmith got more than I thought he would get APY, I thought he would get 14-15 APY.

    Don't hear a lot of love for Timmons but the guy was a dawg in the middle. We've been missing that stability since he left.

    I loved Timmons while he was here. He was one of the most underrated Steelers IMO. He was athletic and tough against the run.

    We had Ryan Shazier, who was on his way to having a chance to be a Defensive Player of the Year type of player. Unfortunately, he suffered that horrible injury. Damn he was great. Wish him nothing but the best.

    He could have thrown the best pitch all season for the Pirates. He probably is the highest paid Pittsburgh Pro to ever stand on the mound at PNC:)
