I do miss a good red, but reflux has stolen that pleasure from me.

Red wine has tanic acid some a lot

Reflux is excess acid so adding more compounds

My TV fits in there. It saves me on cable and streaming costs.

I do consume this so I don’t have any quite as old as the inquisition unless you are talking about my wife who can be similar

But I do have some prime vintage Brunello aging nicely

I make my own beer because I can buy as good or better ingredients than most of the breweries and that makes for good beer

I’m in Pennsylvania so I can not grow better grapes than California or Italy or France therefore I would have to buy grapes or juice that no other winery wants I’d get the leftovers and that makes for bad wine

Although I worked with a guy who had a fruit dealer in the strip import him really good wine grapes from Brazil he just had to buy a minimum of 4,000 pounds that’s a lot of wine

we have a family friend that retired and started his own label from wierton wv. he goes to all these wine tasting thingy's. amish country over in ohio i know has tons of wineries. i don't know how good it is because i don't drink wine. i do remember all my old dago uncles that made their own dago red and it was pretty good. i think it was a blend of wine and moonshine because it would taste good but get you plastered quickly. :smiley1::cool:

A friends in-laws came from Italy and made a batch of wine at their daughters birth to be served at her wedding

I was at the wedding when this was served her father gave a toast and we all drank and then we gasped for air

There were two groups of people those that wouldn’t drink it and those of us who said that’s ok I’ll drink yours and mine

Were the decorations in the aquarium designed to be in an aquarium or did you just stick them in there

I was at a Steelers event at the stadium last night and it was given to me

It says it is a Cabernet Sauvignon

I doubt it is a particularly great wine but I can’t imagine them giving away anything not good

My wife wants to open it and I want to keep it as is for a decoration in the wine cellar
