Steelers are finally paying attention to the secondary in the draft. Still need a SS.

 

Seems like a decent player, doesn’t seem overly fast/twitchy.

 

Seriously, is Khan reading this board? I brought Trice up three or four times. Others did, too.

 

ESPN had Trice as the 106th best prospect and we got him at 241, good job Kahn & co.!

Trice - he racked up interceptions. Good pick n 7th

 

Most mocks that I saw had Trice going no later than the 4th round. He's a good value here in the 7th.

 

Johnson went right after the Steelers took Trice.

 

Steelers mission in the draft was handling Tee Higgins I guess, we drafted some big corners.

Tall, lengthy outside CB with a savvy and athletic game. Sticks to WRs and even when he doesn't his length gets him to the football often. Tested well for his massive frame. Tremendous tackler. Super steal. (Chris Trapasso)

Corey Trice Jr. 6'3" 206 lbs. 4.46 forty and both played in the Big 10. That's some big fast corners coming to town.
