    When I was watching Nick Herbig's tape, I thought I was watching TJ Watt. I'm surprised he is still available. Guess his size is a factor for not being pick on the 2nd day of the draft. Probably have to move up in the 4th round to get him. Can he play MLB? Tape showed him mostly on the edge. Could be another family connection.

    I would want Nick Herbig but the severe lack of a Nickel is still fresh within my mind. Any Modern NFL Defense needs these three positions. They are as follows..;

    1.) EDGE

    2.) Outside Corner

    3.) Nickel/Safety/Nose Tackle (this one is scheme dependent)

    Using Minkah exclusively as a Nickel is a waste. Go get someone that can play that role instead.

    I wouldn't be surprised though if Nick is the pick.

    6-2 240. He will add about 10 pounds once an NFL trainer gets ahold of him.

    that was one concern in this draft. I love the picks, but few have really mentioned how important freeing Minkah up is. If you get legitimate depth in those areas you mentioned, it is a totally different secondary.

    In the draft thread, but steelers could be getting their nickel, who played with Peterson last season

    Took Peterson and Chandon from Vikings

    Chandon Sullivan signed as a free agent last spring, joining the Vikings from division-rival Green Bay. He manned the nickel spot for Minnesota, also playing all 17 games and notching a career-high seven passes defensed.

    Add Peterson stuff also
    Most reliable for Minnesota was veteran CB Patrick Peterson, who returned for a second season with the Vikings and played all 17 regular-season games. He nabbed five interceptions, which is second only to the seven he had in 2012. Peterson also recorded a career-high 66 total tackles.

    :drinks:

    I do love the draft!

    These past couple of months was tough though. Second gig made it next to impossible to scout deep into Day 3 like I normally do. Did get enough notes for the Top 100 players I did enjoy! :rawk:
