We don't know they would have drafted Him. We do know We gave up a trade of 1st, and a 4th for Him. I pray He's worth it.

 

Disagree. There are only a handful of tackles in the draft, and three handfuls of corners. Gotta get a tackle.
Jones is one of 3-4 tackles. Gonzo is one of 10-15 corners.

 

I get that, but they were going to get Gonzalez without the trade, too. In a vacuum, they get the better of the deal, but without the trade, the Steelers don't get Gonalez or Jones. Clearly, they didn't want Banks or Porter at 17.

 

It isn't the only reason a quarterback can be hurt, but bad lines to make it more likely the quarterback gets hurt. See what happened to Mike White with the Jets last year.

 

We don't know He wouldn't be there at 17. Nobody does. We do know now we have no 4th added to what We already don't have. That's all. I really don't hate the pick. I hate We moved up for it, and gave Patriots the 4th, and the best CB.

It's a freaking 4th my dude. A mid draft pick that's 3 rounds away. According to draft value chart, it's a steal.

And the steelers got the player they wanted. While the pats get to laugh at the jets they missed their guy. And that's a fact.

I got the same when I said dumb pick Baker Mayfield should be a second round pick, Lamar Jackson shouldn't go into the middle 2nd, T. Edmunds picked too high, Sam Darnold taken too High, TJ Watt great pick...Pat Mahomes is a great pick, and so on....
