Broderick Jones at LT and let Chucky and Moore battle it out for RT. That's a pretty solid OT corp to go along with our strength at guard now.

Me and you both had this convo leading up. Wish it wouldn't have come down to Christian Gonzalez vs. Broderick Jones. Sadly though, protecting Kenny is paramount and while potentially watching our CBs getting beat is bad.... seeing Kenny Pickett receive the "Big Ben" treatment is worse.

All the people that needed a OL man . How many 1st round picks were on our OL last 3 SBs We went to?? The last time We had a bunch of OL picks in the draft ....We won nothing with them., but You got Your OL.

Agreed. I would have liked Gonzalez. But we need a LT. And we have one that can hold his ground and get into the second level.

 

Terrible pick. Didn’t want an OT and definitely not at the expense of giving up a 4th and bypassing Gonzalez.

they will make it worse now by tracing 32 to recoup the 4th they just traded.

the only thing worse is if we draft another lineman with are second pick like a center.
