I have this Album. He(Grohl) wrote everything on it, and also played every instrument You hear on it. He just brought in different singers, and different Guys to play live.
    It's a great album.

Don’t care. He belongs behind the drums. Foo fighters are terribly generic and boring

LoL. You just said it was good, and posted a video, and now when You find out He did it all....You crawfish. LoL.
You should listen to the whole album. It's pretty good. I like it better than anything He did with the Foo Fighters.

It takes a certain type of backwoods country boy to use a phrase like this

    And another to understand it

I wish he would have just stayed as the full time drummer for QOTSA, and they kept Nick Oliveri. I cant stand the foo fighters. The Probot album was pretty good, I thought.

Does the very beginning of this 1st note that kicks off remind anyone of enter sandman by Metallica???. Not the organ, the bass part. Man I thought this was the Doors at first. LoL

Here is a tune I have always loved by QOTSA.
We had this in our live set list back in the day.
QotSA : Burn the Witch... live.

Not to me, the Metallica part.

Definitely the same Psychedelic(spelled it wrong 5 times) vibes as early Doors......

California Drug music. Drugs....be careful out there.

I've had this song stuck in My head since yesterday. Crazy thing... the parts that are stuck in My head are the parts sung by the backup singer ...Michael McDonald.
Is Michael McDonald the most popular singer to sing backup on so many big hits???

A little change of pace and genre - saw this fellow, Marty Stuart, a few years ago at the Greek Theater in LA as the warm up band for Steve Miller - never heard of him but he absolutely was amazing, not to mention his mane. I was trying to capture an instrumental version of him soloing on Orange Blossom Special but couldn't find the version he played on mandolin that night. But this unknown ditty is equal to the task. Listen up..........

I havent seen a few of the above. Probably need to. The Shape of Water WAS Amaaaaaaazing!!!!!!

Boardwalk Empire was cool. Steve Buschemi, loosely based on real people, 20's gangster stuff....good, violent show. There were a lot of great individual acting performances in that show, and his was for sure one of the best ones.
