He's projected to go mid first round, if they took him at #17 I would be okay with it, he's a big CB that can cover #1 receivers.

You know what??? I'm not the only one on this board that has been right a lot of times. Some of us played sports along time....We know what We are looking at, and don't have to have people on TV tell us.
Also some of us after sports had to get a real job for reasons unknown to You....So we couldn't go around hoping someone would finally give us a job doing that type of stuff.
Also some of us had Dreams beyond sports....doesn't mean We don't know what We are talking about. Also Some of Us are good at other things than just sport...doesn't mean We don't know sports.

You time and time again touted what you said about baker compared to what the browns and a large number of nfl people thought about baker as if your some football mastermind above the rest of the nfl world cause of a prediction lol. Is Porter Jr handsy because he is not quick enough or athletic enough to keep up with receiver? I know he is big and sometimes these smaller receivers can be quick and shifty.

 

He’s raw but CB is a position we desperately need help with. I’m not a fan of drafting players because of family ties but maybe he can turn into a solid CB for us. Our track record with CBS scares me though this staff is too dumb to develop them it appears

If another team drafts Porter Jr in the first round it's okay, but if the Steelers draft him in the first round it's because of family ties , he's a top 5 CB in this draft.

 

He's quick enough he runs a 4.46 forty, but you probably don't want him covering those small shifty receivers.
