    Do the Steelers give physicals

Last year it was rumored to be fake news (It was on Fox or here or some other reliable source)

I never thought we were signing a tackle. At least not early. It would have to be one of those oh crap can’t believe he just fell to us players. I believe wholeheartedly defensive line will be a priority. We need a nt in a big way and need cam’s replacement.

I agree with your thought on NT but I’m just being sour grapes here

Not too many years back I suggested we needed a NT and I got beat down lambasted berated and ***** slapped for having such a foolish thought and that NTs were no longer needed in todays game

    Grumble grumble grumble

I thought adams did okay his first year with us and expected bigger things after having an entire training camp etc, but was disappointed to say the least. Everything starts up front. I don’t care who is playing linebacker, cornerback, or safety. If the boys up front aren’t getting it done it all falls apart.

    Exactly

You don’t work from the back going forward you work from the front

Wonder who will be returning kicks for the Steelers? I’m not eager to see Gunner fumble any more.

No....I'm comparing Steelers Qb vs Steelers Qb. Again what He did in Chicago has no bearing on the Steelers.
It may have last year, but not a freaking bit now.

There’s a mid-round edge player from West Point in this year’s draft too that I’ve seen mocked to the Steelers a few times. Arnold Pierce maybe? Something like that. Looked solid in the highlight clip I saw.

Nobody disputing the need of the D line, or NT, but people need to get it through their heads We don't run the same D as We did before at 3-4, and We play a lot more sub packages then We did back then . Now if We go back to that ok, but if not ....We could have the best NT in the league and they would only use Him in certain situations.
It's the reason Heyward, and others on the line get sacks....not because the Guy before Him couldn't, but because We didn't use the D line the same.....They were occupied positions then....now We attack with them. A. Smith , Hampton, and others could have rushed the Qb, but that's not how We played....., but now We do.....it's also How come We get gashed on the ground at times.

He didn’t beat Roethlisberger out for the starting job. He did beat Rudolph.

I see you can’t argue the more relevant point, that it isn’t just counting statistics that favor Trubisky. It is ratios.

Yes, I know you want to ignore the statistics that prove you wrong.

Well you'll have to start talking about Mason and his other team, because Trubisky is going to be here and Mason isn't. The STEELERS are going to let Mason walk in favor of Mitch Trubisky because if KFP gets hurt we have a better chance at winning games with 10 than we do 2.

TBH I think we are going the draft pick route. Not sure we are going to sign a SS before the draft.

Best of luck to Edmunds. He's going to be starting in CJ Gardner-Johnson's old spot.

I don't think this guy means we won't be drafting a T. We likely will still.

    Just to clarify

Mitch Trubisky currently is a Steeler

Mason Rudolph currently is not a Steeler he is not even currently an NFL player

Edmunds and Bush found jobs so far but not Mason

1st....I don't know where people get I think Mason is great.....I just think He better than Trubisky.....which is not saying much. It's like saying I like a mud sandwich over a $hit sandwich.
2nd......I would seriously hope that our 1st round picks....one We even traded up for would get signed somewhere:applaud: :applaud:....LoL even if it's for league minimum.....over a third round backup Qb....Wouldn't You???? LoL
You don't even have to answer that....We both know the true answer.
