They have the wrong Edmunds going to the Bears. Unless I missed something.

 

And he would have played at 5 million and the team said no..well all teams said no. Hoping Peterson has one year left.

Peterson was still a better player than Sutton in 2022. The only reason he is coming cheaper is age. For 2023, he is still likely to be the better player.

I don't understand the admiration that Porter Jr. is the only corner they should take. Because of the name? Yes he is a top 10 corner coming out but it's a position in the draft which is deep.

We just lost our #1. A home grown talent. Again the brass probably didn't want to pay the 22 M guaranteed.

Patrick Peterson may well have gas left in the tank. Hopefully its half full and not half empty. Best be a cap friendly contract.

Levi Wallace is the only other corner worth a damn. Witherspoon gets fried and will cost 5.483.500. Not worth that payday. Pierre is RFA. Lowest tier for him if they want him to stay.

I am seeing Mason's name pop up a lot about going to the 49ers.

I still think his best bet is in Baltimore, once Lamar leaves and they start playing a more traditional offense.

 

49ers signed Darnold today.

 

I don't think he's leaving. The tag he's on will probably not be conducive to another team making an offer and the Ravens get him for 35 million
