If Canada’s offense isn’t complex, shouldn’t take anyone long to figure it out

Donovan Smith is probably going to be released by Tampa Bay. Not sure what he would want to sign but this could be a possibility for a decent offensive lineman. He was hurt last year but he rarely missed a game for most of his career/

3-4 million for a backup isn't too much, paying Trubisky 8 million is probably too much though, they will most likely extend him to lower his cap hit.

Agreed. I thought that's what I was getting at....I maybe worded it wrong. I just think 8 million is high for a backup.

To make the playoffs you need decent QB not many play every game anymore 8 million seems like a lot but who knows? If he wins you a couple games and keeps the team in the hunt I guess he’s worth it

Bobby Layne used to play liquored up and played well - maybe if Trubisky has to start a game this season he should down a few before kickoff - can't hurt -

I don't expect any big-name signings by the Steelers, probably more of re-signing some of their own players, they do need to sign players at the DL, ILB position.

    :herewego!:

Last year was fun when the Steelers signed some players early in free agency, instead of waiting and bargain basement shopping like they usually do.

That would be more like a Bengals move. You know, according to some, draft a player or sign them just to keep him away from the Steelers.

I LOVE Mike Evans ( I am a girl so a lot of that is I think he is HOT)!! I would be at EVERY single Steelers game if this happened. Now, my son in law is a Bucs fan so he is VERY unhappy about this rumor.

The crows are not that stupid and won't unfortunately. I don't see anyone lining up to give up two 1st round picks for the wonder boy. Once his legs give out the party's over.
