Back when this was recorded, I imagine this had to be the worst song to listen to if you girlfriend left for another. Little Anthony had a great voice.

I was still living in Chicago when they played the then Seattle Super Sonics in the Championship, and I would get goosebumps when this came on. LoL

So after church today this song was on the radio. I had completely forgotten about this song! For some reason I really love this song!

That's because they were really good....so they didn't sound like everything was the same. It's a sign of a good band. Unlike some bands that sound like basically the same songs over ,and over. Cough Cough....Acdc.

Love these guys. Hung around near the stage area at the Greek in LA after their concert waiting for traffic to die down and out walks Alan, just as nice and common as could be. Got an autograph and thanked him for all his great music and engineering help with Pink Floyd, Al Stewart, Beatles, Ambrosia. He had the Midas touch with so many great artists and albums. BTW, he's a behemoth of a person. I'm not short and he towered over me and could probably blot out the sun. Great experience.

Nice pick SF369! And for trivia buffs, the singer on this tune is Colin Blumstone one of the lead singers of the Zombies (no relation to Rob that I know of), who joined the Parsons Project in the studio on a few of their songs over the years. The main talent though was the late Eric Woolfson who wrote and sang lead on most of their more recognizable hits - Eye in the Sky, Time, Don't Answer Me. He would never tour with them, only perform in the studio. :thumbs up:

    Hmmm:hmm:
They have quite a few good songs. I'd have to think about that.

Ray Orbison is one of my favorites. Had a hard life but I'm glad he found success later in life as well.
