If the Chiefs can stay within a TD the whole game, I think they'll win. KC's defense isn't anything spectacular, but they did a pretty decent job against a very good offensive unit, one that's at least on par with all skill positions except QB, where I think Burrows is better than Hurts. KC can't afford to get two possessions down at any point in the SB. The Eagles pass rush is ferocious and we don't know how much Mahome's mobility will be limited.

 

KC defense is going to have to play out of their minds,even with a generational
QB that Mahomes is Eagles have talent everywhere.

 

Depressing to say the least.

 

The Eagles are loaded all across the board. The only question is how will Hurts perform on the biggest stage in sports. If he performs like he did during the regular season then it is difficult to see the Eagles losing this game.

 

I think Hurts is ready for the big stage. My only concern is the KC injuries. If they're relatively healthy, we should have a good game, with the edge going slightly to KC based on experience. I just want a good game.

 

I always fudge My numbers towards however I want it to be. LoL.

 

Talking about teams who had an easy rode to SB. We came up with the 85 Bears and 2022 Eagles. We agree the Bears had an easier SB then the Eagles probably will. I think the Cowboys in 77 were mentioned only because they didn't have to play the STEELERS Those were the only 3 that came to mind. I'm sure there are others.

 

Well off to the Casino's. Hate them I do but them Birds sure are making me and a few friends $$$$$$. I'm going to keep riding the wave. The joy I'd experience if they lose is well worth not winning my bet. I'm not as sure as I was with the Giant and Niner games. If Chiefs had a stronger D I'd skip betting and place it all on those battling BUCS over/under which I'm sure will be around 66 games. The under yet again

 

I live in the area of one the teams and their fans are having some big ass parties. I'm sure all cities do it. I was shocked to learn there was a KC Chiefs bar in the city. Not many Kansas City people migrate to Philly but there is one where the few who live in the city go to. The owner closed it down for Sunday. I did not read the article as to why but the first thought that came to mind was the $$$$ he is missing out on. I'm sure those guys will get together somewhere.

Man, I so wish it was the Steelers They better hustle it up. I can't wait to long.

This is a really strange story about Michael Irvin. The hotel video shows him talking to a young woman in the lobby for less than a minute and then they shake hands and go their separate ways. The next morning he is moved to a different hotel and booted from the NFL Network's Superbowl show. He claims that he was too drunk to even remember talking to anyone. She filed a complaint against him so who knows what he said to her.

 

I'm not defending him but in today's world things I use to say to the girls would have me in jail today. The women in my age group who I use to flirt with always tell me that.

 

I cringe when I recall some of the course joking that went on back then. I had a buddy in our office Christmas party tie mistletoe to his zipper and approach all the women in the office. This was 40 some years ago so everyone got a big laugh out of it. Today he would have been fired and thrown in the slammer.

 

Just want it to be over with.

My wife and her whole family are Philly people. All I can hope for is the silence that came after the Phillies lost WS but I think Birdsbeat KC rather easy.

I pigged out last night on a 3 inch thick Snake River Wagyu Manhattan NY Gold Grade filet, some Johnny Walker Blue Label and a stout 2018 Ridge Old Vine Zin all washed down with a soothing 20 year Graham Tawny Port. Today it's PBJ and pretzels.
