We had a QB a little while back I forget his name Bob or Boob or something with a B

Strangest thing but for a QB he could not play under center and therefore play action just wasn’t a tool in his box

    Hmmm

We keep cycling this: his coach sucked ass and ruined the team. It takes a crap coach to suck so bad with a HoF QB.

Don Shula coached Dan Marino from 1984 until 1995 and they did not win a Super Bowl, therefore, by your logic, Don Shula was a terrible football coach.

Shula sure wasted the career of a potential GOAT.

It is possible to have a window of time where the coach sucks and another window of time when the coach is a rock star.

During Marino's career, Shula didn't do good, and during the 70s Shula was good.

When Tomlin had the team built by Cowher, and Lebeau/Arians, he was good. After the Cowher vestiges ended, Tomlin has sucked.

Seems like you missed Ben's entire career, and not realizing that he just retired.

Since SBXLV, Roethlisberger was an above average regular season QB. Below average playoff QB. He played decent vs. Broncos in 2015... and in the first half vs Dolphins in 2016. The rest of it was below average or downright awful.

    P. Manning is considered awesome by many....Here is His playoffs...His record is...14-13....43 td(including rushing), and 25 ints.
    Here is Bens record...13 - 10 ....39 tds(including rushing), and 28 ints.
    Hmmm:hmm:
So very close....Yet they praise P. Manning, and down Ben.....Hell Ben has a better record.
Yet some will tell You how Dumb Ben was, and How smart Peyton Manning was. LoL.

Then they call it RPO - Run pass option.

I just saw that Kittle asked Purdy if he could throw lefty. He did not seem amused.

I mean we have to judge how the nfl is now which is the last few yrs. Historically no that hasn't worked but this nfl is increasingly becoming more and more about the qb unlike how it was many yrs ago.

One game shows something is possible right? So that game vs Dallas showed me its POSSIBLE to shred the eagles defense.

I don't see it in this current nfl especially in the afc. There's too many good qbs you have to go through to win a sb that way. The nfc maybe you can get by because idek rn who's the best qb in the nfc tbh. Maybe jalen hurts? It's significantly more qb challenged than the afc. The like 5th best qb in the afc would easily be the top dog in the nfc.

The bengals had the superior defense, superior weapons, superior, run game and what happened to them?

So if you're aware stop mentioning something someone else said or what I saw this yr. It has nothing to do with my assessment of Pickett.

Hmm:hmm:..., but somehow Patrick Mahomes in 2018 doing basically the same thing.....way more yards just passing(not counting His rushing) than Lamar has ....adding His passing, and rushing together, and more Tds doesn't get unanimous. :hmm: What's the excuse then???
LoL....keep telling Yourself whatever makes You feel better. :lolol:
Lamar only got unanimous for one reason, and we've already discussed it.

I'll say it. Lamarr Jackson is the most overrated QB in modern NFL history. He's the 21st Century Elvis Grbac. :lolol:
