Mock draft

With them not having a fifth or sixth round pick, they sure could use some comp picks this year, unfortunately they aren't projected to receive any.

 

Unfortunately, I don't see O'Cyrus, Sanders and Benton being available at those slots. Benton may have played himself into a second day pick. Really want him myself.

 

I can't find any mock drafts where O'Cyrus does not go in the 1st round. Most sites have him as the best guard draft.

Unfortunately, besides some freak injury between now and the draft I don't see him falling to the 2nd round.

 

Depending on his Pro Day and Combines, we may have to trade up to get O'Cyrus if we really want him. Crazy how things change in a week.

 

Everything I've read said he was dominant at the Senior Bowl. Most mocks I've seen have him in the mid 20's. Although there are a few with him in the mid-teens.

 

That's what it is currently. His stock is rising and we're not at the combine or pro days. It's not out of the realm of possibilities for someone to trade up and take him at 15. Just a week ago he was a late 1st/early 2nd round guy.

 

I have him going at pick #32.

 

How about 32nd in the first round

 

I think he will be there at 17, but I don't think he will be there at 32. I would rather have an OT at 17.

I am hoping the #32 pick will be BPA. There is always 1 player that is there to start day 2 that shouldn't still be on the board; this year it may be your Guard O'Cyrus.
