I just want to take a minute to thank the Browns for being the Browns. This year was a rebuilding year for our Steelers but we still finished ahead of the Browns.

hopefully, the Ravens sign Lamar so we only have to worry about the Bungals going forward.

I may be in a minority here but I admire Browns fans

Their coaches and owners are non stop idiots and their fans still root for the men on the field

The ravens aren't that stupid. They will use Huntley or maybe bring in a Derek Carr. They will stay relevant.

I have heard from a few that this year was the final straw.

I just want all the Steelers fans that wanted Him (Sleezshaun Watson the Cleveland Creeper)....to come out of the woods....like they did when they were begging to trade for Him.

Few may agree with me, but the Ravens with Derek Carr as their QB would concern me more than the Ravens with Lamar as their QB.

From a talent standpoint why wouldn’t you want him. It’s funny that you think hes a bad QB.

I wouldn’t want him at that cost, that far exceeded even my expectations of what it would take to sign him.

Is it possible that being away from the game so long has ruined him, maybe but I imagine he will be much better next season.

Watson looked out of shape to me, he'll be better next season, but he's now also tied to a org nearly as bad Houston and the Browns are now handcuffed to a QB the fans hate. This whole drama has bad Ju-Ju all over it.

The clowns will remain cellar dwellers. The Watson contract will ruin even a more ruined franchise. I could think of nothing finer then that...

A poor mans Cam Newton. Nothing more, nothing less. Overhyped. Common baltimore sign him to a fully guarantied contract! He's worth it :lolol:

He has a lot of talent, but even setting aside the off-the-field issues he absolutely MUST be the type of QB who can carry the team on his shoulders to a championship given all that they gave up for him in terms of draft capital and guaranteed dollars against the cap. Is he THAT good? I don’t think so.

I agree. He absolutely has to win them a championship in order for this not to be the worst deal in NFL history.

I was born in Pittsburgh so if the Steelers ever moved out I'm not sure I'd be as keen on them. I would think the Steeler fans who have no ties to the Burgh would still be Steeler fans. Kind of like Raiders. I knew one guy and he had a shirt made that said, Raider fan regardless the city.

They would have to get some WR, but Carr could actually do quite well there. He gets a lot of crap, but he has dealt with a lot more crap since he has been with the Raiders. Give the man a solid D, a good organization and you will get wins.

Damn I want Baltimore to bite and do the same for Lamar, simply because radio heads were talking today how Cincy wants to get a deal done this year with Burrow. Nothing could be finer seeing 750 million plus guaranteed going to these 3 fine young lads. Being worth it or not really does not matter, 2 years into those contracts see what team you can build around them.

I quit drinking iron city beer the day they moved out of Pittsburgh

Although they are now building a new plant just up the river from the city so once opened I will reconsider

I can think of another reason to stop drinking that beer. It's been some years but I remember it being no so good.

How you can drink that I'll never know. IC Lite I can take but not the real deal. As a young boy I got in trouble for breaking a window at one of their plants, probably why I hate their beer;)

Huntley sucks, they can tag Lamar for two years if a long-term deal doesn't get done.

This....,and that is exactly what a Qb must be that You have to trade picks for, and sign to a new contract....., and that's what I was getting at. If You had drafted Him that's one thing, but if You have to do any of the other.....No He's not that good.
