RIP Mr. Crosby. Quite the angelic voice when he put his mind to it. Saw David twice in concert - around 1970 in the early days of CSN at the Greek Theater in LA - the music was great but the vocals were really bad, before the days that vocals could be auto-tuned and the speakers were so loud they couldn't hear each other, but lots of fun and plenty o' wacky tobaccy. Then about 35 years later around 2007 as backup vocals with Nash for David Gilmour's Island tour at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood. Nice touch to a great concert that included the very talented and underappreciated Rick Wright on keyboards in what would be one of his last tours as he passed away in 2008. On the concert DVD, David Bowie joined the group later on tour for a few appearances to join in on Arnold Layne and Comfortably numb. Say hello to Gene and Michael Clark in the great beyond as the Byrds begin to congregate once again.:applaud:

PS: This tune - Wooden Ships was very memorably orchestrated with the opening licks done innocently with one acoustic guitar and almost A Capella soft singing by the trio - then the curtains opened when they reached the "Wooden Ships" chorus, the strobes kicked in and it was full on heavy electric the rest of the way. Good memory.

Sweet pick SF. Actually this Dylan song is titled "Going Nowhere" - my various groups back in the late 60's and 70's (Gypsy Wilderness) always included this song in our play list. Crosby had already departed the group at this point and I don't see the short-lived Byrd Gram Parsons in this video. :thumbs up:

Ohhhhh! Same guy that did Doritos commercial. I thought He was a small time actor.
My bad. I just looked Him up. He's a rapper. Thats why I don't know Him.
I stopped listening to any rap way back in the day. It got too banal.

Another new Metallica song was released today. I like Lux Æterna better, but this one might grow on me.
