Season’s over. Canada needs to go, even if his contract runs through next season.

I don't disagree. However for all we know they are working out the details of his severance. Frankly, the owners can do what they want on their timeline, they do not owe us or the media any explanation.

Miami is using play action with Skylar Thompson to varying degrees of success. I don't know how much Kenny used it in college but to suggest that he can't grasp it seems crazy to me. I find it more likely that it's just not a big part of Canada's scheme but who really knows?

The sooner we get started the sooner we can have our pick of the OC litter, so to speak.

Well WE aren't doing anything as WE are not members of the Steelers.

I am going to guess that IF they let Canada go, they already have a replacement in mind. Rooney tends to not spend a lot on coaches so I doubt it's going to be a big name.

Thanks, Captain Obvious. WE is a figure of speech. If it were really up to WE (or ME) Canada would have been gone about week 3.

I read them. Saw plenty of bickering but nothing about Picketts own use of PA this season. At least not in this thread. If I missed it, my apologies.

Never apologize on these boards, it's a sign of weakness and the vultures will attack.

You must stick by your post/opinion and if proven wrong you must dig in and stick by it some more and when you get flamed and presented with dozens of actual stats or facts proving you even more wrong just take a deep breath, continue to say you are right, then add in fire Tomlin.

    This is the way.

You are an idiot. You cannot process what I can, so stop trying. I do have to admit though, it’s funny when you try! :) That’s why I always laugh at your posts targeted towards me!

The better question is Purdy or Chris Oladokun.

kevin Colberts last pick is a QB that they didn’t need and never looked at. And he somehow managed to not to take either of the two available QBs that started playoff games this yr.

Purdy wouldn't have gotten much of a shot just like Oladukon didn't in preseason.

Tomlin only has eyes for 9-8. He does not concern himself with how anyone approaches the game

The challenge of the Steelers on hiring and firing coaches is they are estimated at 29th in team owners wealth, since it is believe to be primarily provided by income from the Steelers. I don't know if this will impact keeping Canada. Ranked # 1 is the Broncos new owner at $70 billion, so he had no issue firing the GM and new HC.

You’re right about that. So why take a QB? See if you find the Brock Purdy of MLBs or the OL In the 7th? You know, a roster spot that has needs, where a guy like that might get a look.
