I’m not sure where I was in June when this was discussed, but it came up on my YouTube today. I really enjoyed the conversation. It wasn’t about X’s and O’s, but about the human side of the man. Fred Taylor touched on that. I appreciated the discussion about Flores and hind sight is that it was a great hire. The story of his brother on the sideline of 43 was touching as well. Added to the significance of talking about growing up in a broken home. When men talk about the importance of fatherhood, I just want them to encourage that discussion all day. Other men need to hear it. His style of leadership doesn’t lead to a player making or missing a tackle. But I appreciate his thoughts on leadership.

Not just satisfied...giddy. Plenty on here that appear to not care a bit about ever winning a Super Bowl again. Mediocrity is good enough, we had our run decades ago, now we're just glad to not be the Lions or Jets or Browns, though we're closer to them than we are the real contenders.

 

And we are in an era where X's and O's is the most important part of the game. Look what Pederson did today in the second half against the Chargers. He outcoached Staley like Staley was a Pee Wee football coach.

 

They really didn't have their All-Pro running back in that game. Bell was injured the week before and couldn't do much of anything in that game.

 

Who is AB? I thought AB is how Steelers fans tell time. Example, this is year 1AB (After Ben).
