The Steelers’ season ending stung, but another National Championship for the Dawgs eases the pain.

 

TCU ended up #2 in the final AP top 25 rankings. What a joke. They got beat by Kansas State who got bludgeoned by Alabama and then got completely obliterated and embarrassed last night by GA. No way in hell TCU deserves to be #2.

Probably true. Just irritates me that the rest of the country outside of the SEC is constantly trying to artificially inflate inferior conferences and teams who just don't measure up with the SEC. How in the hell does Duggan even end up in the Heisman finalist list? I'll give GA their due as they utterly and historically dominated especially down the stretch. The other SEC teams in the top 10 - AL and TN - beat down their bowl opponents in very convincing fashion and LSU beat the dogsh!t out of Purdue. Big 10 is probably closest but the top Big 10 teams didn't measure up in bowl season.

 

And We are a field goal away from being in the playoffs. Sucks...but it is what it is.
Anyway the big ten should be embarrassed that they sent 2 teams to a 4 team playoff, and neither made it past the 1st game. Last time SEC did that .....they ended up playing in the Championship game against each other.
