yep, I think you covered it all. Do you remember what the board was like last week. Everyone was so happy and jolly and now....I think some of us are suffering from PTSD.

 

I can handle a loss if we play well but simply lose to a better team. That wasn't the case this week, or against Cleveland, or Oakland, or Tennessee. We beat ourselves far too often and have done so for years now.

Even some of the games we win I'm not happy. I want to watch a team that plays well every week, rather than looking like **** almost every week

 

Thank Gaaaaaaawd for this board because it allows people to vent and keeps them of the bridges in Pittsburgh.

The sky is falling on the Cards right now. Oh wait a minute...I remember some of you being upset when Tomlin was hired over Whisenhunt. See now, things can be a whole lot worst.

 

very true. i often wonder what would have been said on this board had it existed back in some of the Cowher years.

 

Same thing that's being said now, just different names.

 

I don't wish we had Whiz over Tomlin, but put a mediocre QB in instead of Ben and our teams look an awful lot alike. Arizona's line is absolutely horrendous.

And the 2 weeks prior to that too...

 

I think this is the problem, we are not a great team so far this season. I'm baffled every week when people think we are going to blow out teams like KC or SD. We are not that team this year, we are going to squeak out some wins and maybe get a wild card then maybe we go on a run in the playoffs.

 

No I don't think so. We have some stupid mistakes that all come down to preperation, lack of leadership and young players that are cockier than they are good. That said the talents there but we need to fix this so the sky isn't falling we can see the mistakes and it seems our coaches can't or can't get our players to fix them.

 

WHY does someone always have to post this crap? It's a freaking message board. Obviously when the Steelers win, we will be happy and when they don't show up, we are pissed. If you choose to be happy when our team blows a golden opportunity, so be it. Should every post on here be about how amazing our team is? Jesus.

 

Some of these posts go way beyond frustration. You have to admit that IQ levels go way down after a loss.
