His miscues in this one were worth 14 points. But with zero running game, poor special teams discipline (again), and a ground down defense he doesn't deserve all the blame but I don't think he did a good job today. Hit his TE in the toucas for a fumbled lateral and gave up a short field with an ill-advised throw at a critcal time. He was part but not all of the problem today.

That doesn't excuse the poor play by Ben, but that play never even happens if this team actually played with discipline.

I'm also puzzled by Suisham booting the ball down the field with 50 odd seconds left. It's kind of a slap in the face to the fans there. However high the odds, you have to try.

I think so but if he doesn't do that we have a chance. No one really distinguished themselves today even Mikey Five Drops with two TDs gacked a few. We missed Ike Taylor today - most under-rated, inappropriately ragged-on Steeler player.

 

We re down by 2 scores with less than a min. Why give them great field position and another score. Remember, other teams go for a blow out, unlike Tomlin.
