I put on about 10 pounds every winter. I usually go about 205- 209 , and by winters end....I'm around 218. I just thought that's what Humans do.

In honor of 32 we are having 32 cheese and crackers set up, 32 of those tiny hotdogs, etc. Pretty much 32 of a bunch of apps.

Be cool if Steelers score 32 points.

I just hope they win. It would be disgraceful if this team came out flat tomorrow. I just can't see that happening though.

I’m making my baked stuffed shrimp with drawn butter; baked potatoes with all the fixings; broccoli roasted/charred in olive oil, salt and pepper.

Starting with a platter of craft cheeses with crackers and strawberry sambuca jam (goes great with Brie) with crackers.

Squid stuffed with squid tentacles and squid roe (not to be confused with skid row).
It's Xmas eve, what else would anyone be eating...

Christmas Eve is always a biggy along with my Italian heritage. we always celebrated heavy on Christmas Eve with family. the meatballs and hot sausage in tomato sauce and the green of the wedding soup were the colors of the Italian flag. grandma, my mom, and now me always had that on that night. hope my boys and their wives keep it up. Got both boys married off this year so it's the first year with two boys and two daughters. :smiley1::smiley1::smiley1::drinks::cool:

Our family Italian tradition has the Feast of the Seven Fishes on Christmas Eve, This year it's Baccala (salted cod), lobsters ,shrimp, smelts, anchovies, scallops, calamari.

Christmas day it's Prime beef, raviolis, meatballs, salad. lots of food, happiness and love.
