bundle up game goers. gonna be a cold Christmas weekend for most of us. as i said last week Christmas food on the menu. meatballs, hot sausage, wedding soup, ham, cheesy potatoes, cheese, salami, pepperoni, crackers, candy, nut rolls, cookies, chips, nuts, rolls. hope everyone has a Happy and Merry Christmas, we get a steeler win and thank you to everyone not able to be with family and our front line workers. I'll be grilling beef tenderloin in shorts and t shirt. Supposed to be 81 degrees here on Saturday! Throw in some steamed veggies and salad

Christmas Eve Party / Steelers Game.

Ham, Lasagna, Beer Dip, Christmas Cookies, Cheddar/Rice/Broccoli Casserole, Chips - Cranberry Salsa, Mashed Potatoes, Potato Salad, Egg Nog, booze, Wine, Beer, and many others I might be forgetting.

The plan is to gain 10 before the new year. That way when I make my New Year's resolution to lose weight, I can take that 10 back off and feel like I did something.

 

And I thought you were going to put on ten pounds to keep warm for the game Saturday.

We're making all kinds of Christmas goodies. I'm making stuffed mushrooms, and my wife is baking a ham. We'll also have plenty of Christmas treats, including the nut rolls I'm making from a recipe I got from my grandmother years ago.

this is the first year my wife didn't make her mothers nut rolls. my sister-in-law will give us a log nut roll made of the same inside gooie goodness but with the storm they delayed their getting together so i went to the local store and bought one from their bakery. been 34 years of her nut rolls until this year. she threw her back out so she didn't make them. enjoy yours.

Looks like some old southern fried chicken, collard greens and macaroni and cheese , to big for my jeans..Aint never had a lot but thank the lord for the little that I got ..
