They are truly, truly awful. I still think they’ll make the playoffs but they’ll be one and done. Same old predictable offense that gets them through the regular season and fails over and over again in the playoffs.

The Steelers have spun their wheels the last few years, but the Ravens are the poster child for stubbornly insisting on trying the same thing despite constant failure. They need to ditch Lamar, ditch the gimmick offense and put together a downfield passing game. But I’m happy to see them stick with what they have.

As for why the Steelers lost? It’s not even on Trubisky. The Steelers suck against the run. It’s as simple as that.

Do you think ****birds will pay Lamar what he wants? I think Lamar should’ve took what they offered at beginning of season. He is injury prone.. how many playoff games has he won?
Edit: Lamar only won one playoff game

 

I think this shows that the Raven needs to give Lamar the fully guaranteed contract to be competitive

 

I guess at qb position you dont need to win playoff games to be highly paid

 

No. No team is going to give Lamar that much guaranteed money. The Browns are idiots - that’s the only reason Watson got what he did. No other owner is going to repeat that mistake.

Lamar should have taken the deal. He would have gotten his money and it would have hamstrung the Ravens for years. Given his age, his poor passing ability and lack of playoff success he’s going to be looking at less and less money every year that goes by now.

This is good. We need the Browns to end up with a better record than the Steelers.

Right now we are matching the Browns... We need to beat the Browns at being the Browns.

 

So that should have been the second Divisional loss in a row for Ravens.
