Oh I know I was like how does a guy get pulled down from behind and tackled, but it's a good block? Some of those plays you see 2-3 defenders on the ground with linemen wrapped around their legs!

Understand staying on your feet, but there were some serious tackles happening in the hole preventing the backside

I wouldn't call that an awakening. They really studied tape and decided they were going to come up the middle to flush him off his spot. Those guys did not handle the pressure up the middle nearly well enough. Mitch coming in threw their plan off, because they started picking it up better but they just had to wait for him to make a mistake or 3.

 

Trubisky sucks. The OL sucks. The defense sucks. The coaching staff sucks. Special teams sucks. Changes need to take place in the off-season, some of them radical changes. Tomlin’s seat should at least be getting warm and I think all three coordinators need to go to send a message that these pathetic displays of so called football will not be tolerated in the future. And for Pete’s sake don’t give Tomlin autonomy in hiring the new coordinators!

A little background on this person. He was on here before under the name Darcrav. Got the boot for being a total jag off. Did the same thing last time he was here. Following me around and posting stuff that I’ve said trying to be annoying. Not to mention the constant reference to song lyrics. Please don’t encourage this weirdo

 

I know he only threw one pass in the game but he was totally staring down his receiver. Pickett has to go.......

 

It was actually posted on one of these threads that, if you take away the 3 ints, the offense did better with Trubisky. Some people never give up

 

Some people don't understand situational defense.

It wasn't just that they got owned against the run. They created one turnover that they didn't recover. They did have two sacks but other than Minkah lighting up Huntley, that was the extent of their splash plays. People want to lay most of the blame on Trubisky? Fine, I won't disagree. Only don't tell me the defense is blameless because they only surrendered 16 points. Special teams had their share of stank, too. Blocked field goal attempt and a couple of miserable punts by Harvin didn't help either.

All of that is true, but......don't tell Me giving up 16 points is horrible compared to 3 ints.
One of those ints was a direct 6 point swing, and We lost by????

 

The officials hurt the Steelers a lot more than they helped them today by refusing to call the Ravens for offensive holding. They got away with mugging Steelers all game long, especially on that final field goal drive.

 

all true, but many mouth breathers here don't see it. and Lord knows, Rooney does not see it nor does he care. the OLINE has some pieces that can work, but both OL and DL have been neglected for years. We sat and waited and begged Tuitt to return. He screwed us. and we had NO PLAN. Bush sucks. Good riddance to that loser
