If Kenny Pickett is unable to play next week who would you prefer to see start, Mitch Trubisky or Mason Rudolph? As for me, let’s bring Rudolph in just in time for Christmas.

One thing Rudolph does well is throw the deep ball. Let’s put him in and let him and Pickens play catch over the top.

    "If Kenny can't play"
    Just a moment......

Ok, I had to throw up at that thought.
Personally, I'd go with Mason. But that is bad juju...
So maybe then, I do sign Dobbs.

I wonder if that QB they picked in the 7th round, had him throw 3 passes in all preseason, and then cut him would have been better than Trub.

What I wonder is, Canada had two years with Mason in practice, why did we sign Mitch and also draft Pickett

Rudolph to see if he stays next season.

Time to rebuild the QB room.

More impressed with him than Pickett. He looks better than either Jimmy g or trey Lance has this season.

I can’t find where I read it, but I remembered reading the thought was Mason was more of a threat to Pickett’s starting status than Trubisky. They knew it was a rebuild year so it was easier for Pickett to supplant Trubisky. No one wants risk their first round pick looking like a bust.

I’ll also add that starting Trubisky over Mason was a good call early in the season. First QB out of the gate was going to be harshly judged following Ben. Now that the O-line appears to be gelling as they have, will better fit Mason’s play than Trubisky.

Rudolph s a free agent after this season and you can rest assured he will have no interest in re-signing with the Steelers.

I still think at some point along the way Brady sold his soul to the devil in exchange for fame, fortune, Super Bowls and super models.

Be curious to see if Rudolph gets a uniform next week, and Mitch gets demoted to 3rd sting.
