I guess bringing in OL personnel not a priority and we're staying with what we have?

The same starting 5 have been playing together all year. They’re not going to make any moves unless someone gets injured. I can understand. It’s like a house of cards. Not exactly the most sturdy, but the risk of total collapse is too great

That group isn't great, but some guy off the street isn't going to make them better. There also isn't anybody very good on the bench.

Also, the continuity is helping. The running blocking has been better in recent weeks. Pickett had time against the Falcons. Sure, it helps that Atlanta doesn't rush the passer veyr well, but still, they are getting better.

Not disagreeing with your thoughts here, but just so I understand where you're coming from, are you saying that the OL is the most important group on a football team that needs to stay together no matter what over all other position groups (since it seems we are entertaining other players in these other groups to get on our roster)? DL. DB's. LBs, WR's, RB's, etc? Just curious. There has been discussion a plenty of some of our OL not being up to the task and I find it difficult to not agree with them that maybe there are other options out there to help out?

They have to be on the same page with stunts and blitz pickups. The continuity really helps them.

If there are guys out there that could step in and help out at this point in the season, they're most likely on another teams roster already. Plus, it's a huge transition to the way these guys are expected to block in this OL coaches system. You saw the veterans signed this off-season struggle all training camp, pre-season and first half of the season working on the technique.

A practice squad filler. Nothing to see here.

Why mess up a line that is slowly improving. Not going to find a stud OL now anyway.

I just hope that they cut Kendrick Green next season. What a total waste of a pick. Can't handle the big boys of the NFL. I believe he has been inactive EVERY GAME this season. At least that's a positive...

Good info and insight. How is Baker Mayfield able to do what he did in less than a week? You'd think the QB position would be one of the more complex in understanding when going from one offensive system to another. JMO>

Green was such a bad pick. 3rd round pick...and can't even get a helmet with this offensive line.

Helps that the Head coach is in His ear throughout the whole time that's possible.....like He did with Goff. Also they beat the Raiders....who even in His first NFL game ever... coach Saturday of the Colts beat.

What is even more sad is....that was the same Guy that started center most of the year for a old Qb last year.....now can't even get a hat.

I had to use another rat bird named Hairball because Lamar was out. Both looked similar.

You just compared the first time a QB has done something like that to playing in sync with 4-5 other guys and changing techniques to fit in on the fly. baker didn’t have to change the way he drops back or sets to throw.

Has there not ever been an offensive lineman for any team that was signed during the season that was able to sync with the other OL? I am not arguing about this, just wondering about our not looking to improve an area that most agree needs improving. Also, I find it hard to believe that Baker did something that has never been done before. JMO>
