Its basically a push, home field gets us the 3 point edge. If Lamar was playing, I believe it goes the other way.

Don’t sleep on Huntley. This game isn’t going to be easy even without Lamar

This is one of those games I'd like to see our young QB learn how to win.
    It is a rivalry.
So, the goal here is to continue to maintain those long drives we've been seeing, only get TD's instead of FG's.
He should be able to do it as Baltimore has been bleeding points.
Tyler is a more rounded QB than Lamar. He can run (not as good as Lamar) but the bonus with him is that he can also pass. Their offense might be more effective.

To me it is a push as mentioned. We need the defense to turn it up a notch or two.

exactly! I can easily see the ravens letting Jackson walk if he continues with his fully guaranteed contract demands.

I was falling just short of saying that, it is exactly what I am thinking.
He hasn't shown much this past year other than he can run very fast but defenses aren't letting him run wild anymore.

I thought the dolphins v ravens game last season was very telling. The Dolphins basically played cover 0 for the game and jackson was lost.

Then we will have 5 identical posts here to sign him followed by Cleveland actually signing him to a guaranteed contract

Hopefully the fans in the stands can be as disruptive as they appeared to be in Atlanta last Sunday. :thumbs up:

Who is the guy that several weeks ago basically guaranteed Steelers will not be favored again this year?

Huntley wasn't in the league yet in 2019. He did start the final game of the season against the Steelers last season, but he was hardly the reason the Ravens kept it close. He completed only 16 of 31 passes for 141 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions. He ran well, gaining 72 yards on the ground, but also had a fumble on the play that should have been a sack for Watt. (There was a bad snap. He scooped it up and tried to run. Watt hit him and forced the ball loose. The official scorer decided that it wasn't a sack.)

I think he played us and nearly beat us at Home the 2020 year when half the Ravens team was out with Covid. It was the game when the perfect season went off the rails and I believe Washington beat us the next week.

Honestly....I'd rather play Lamar. He has 4 td, and 10 turnovers against us. He is 1-3 as a starter against us, and His only win came against Duck....in overtime with a field goal.
    Yeah I rather play Lamar

It's amusing listening to the national radio show with Keshawn Johnson in the morning. That dude totally got worked up this morning talking about the Ravens not signing him, like it was some great crime against humanity. Talking about all these other guys getting their money but Lamar isn't.
As a Steeler fan, I very much want them to sign Lamar to a blockbuster deal. Binds them to him for a long time and eats up a considerable chunk of their cap. Win-win.

I was listening also.....I laughed so hard.....I was like sign Him for the most ever.
I say it all the time on anything about Lamar Jackson on all YouTube stuff.....I always say.....as a Steeler fan I pray Lamar Jackson gets the most money ever from the Ravens.....We Love watching the Steelers make Him look like a clown. Just yesterday I was called Satan because of it. LoL

I think the Ravens will use franchise tag, and if he holds out. They get rid of him. He has exceeded the shelf life I expected
    from a running QB though.

Yes that was Ben's last game. In OT he hit Ray Ray McLoud on a 4th and long that put the Steelers in FG position for Boz to win it.

They were just saying on 93.7 the Fan yesterday that with the exception of the game at Baltimore in a few weeks, the Steelers will be favored in every game the rest of the season.
