After watching the game and looking at specific plays I can see the effect that Power Runners had on the Ravens....Almost every time we passed on a potential run down the middle of the field was wide open....I also watched the LB'S and DB''S coverage skills drop off as the game went on....I also observed the Ravens blitzers moving slower late in the game and getting banged up more often....

The conclusion that I draw from this is that, as I have always speculated about this Team ,the Power Running game should be priority #1...We have 2 very capable RB'S to make this work...

I love Ben and I think he is elite ,but to maximize our effevtiveness as a Team we need to establish the run and use the PA....Even with Batch at QB the passing game was very productive because of the Power run threat so with an elite QB this Team is capable of being elite with the right approach....

The benching of Mendenhall took a lot of nerve, but it was correct...The moving of Pouncey to LG also was a huge choice ,but it was correct as well....My point is we are very close to turning a corner and becoming a True NFL Power House again...With our brand of Defense we need to mesh the Offense accordingly,I feel we are on that path now and I hope we keep pushing forward and begin that New Dynasty again this year....My Goals for this Team are very high ,but they can be reached.....

I would Love to win 4 more rings this decade.....

When Ben comes back 100% - the power running game will be established - and should make for a VERY dangerous offense going forward. Whether or not it is Priority #1 at that point will be irrelevant.

While all that sounds good, I'll settle for just playing fundamental football at the moment. Don't know about anyone else but this team is tough to watch lately.

iwas thinking the same thing. at one point in that game i said to myself, so this is what its like to be a Browns fan or a Rams fan. great win, but it has been brutal to watch without Ben

The ravens were all bunch up to stop the run most of the game. I think with Batch they didn't think he would throw so much, and that's why we were so open to the pass.

i think with Ben in there they would of played a more normal defense as they would be more concerned with Ben throwing than Batch.
