Pretty much as advertised. Very athletic but raw. I don't really see how Steelers offensive staff could possibly develop him when they can't even communicate or teach simple concepts

Henry had some nice runs today and was slicing through the line for big gains. This is one of those "what if" questions. What do you think Henry would do if he were on this team, with our OL, right now? Just wondering.

LMAO! The receivers didn’t have a single catch! Kid “can” run, but was in over his head on when to run late in this game!

Rodney Harrison tells you like it is.

No Recievers and doesn’t like Tannehill.

    More Henry.

Willis is a project at best right now. I was never on board with drafting him.

He came from rudimentary spread offense at Liberty where he wasn't asked to process much. He still threw a lot of picks.

You consider it a reach when you pick at 20 and stay put where you are? Dude, falcons were going to take him if he went into the second and they had the 6th pick. They very well might have traded up if he went past 28.

Again we got him at 20 and didn't trade up. He was projected a top 10 pick, the rest were projected 3rd round who were likely to go into the first due to QB needy teams (but they didn't).

Also go eat your crow on Willis. Dude has Henry who carried 50% plus of that team this entire season. He literally average 100 yards a game.... I would say you can't go wrong with throwing any QB back there, but willis just showed the world that you can go wrong.

Also Tomlin played that very smart. He knew if he would have took pickens at 20, he wouldn't have pickett unless giving up multiple picks to trade up..... but you don't want to acknowledge any of that. You just want to think trubisky was going to take us places (yet I bet you made threads after we got trubisky how he was going to suck and how you should be the GM). And let's not forget trubisky failed Pickens.

    Anyhow eat up

This is a foolish thread Benny you should delete it.

Willis makes Pickett look like John Elway.

If 5-16 looks pretty damn good, then Pickett must look like Peyton Manning, Jr.

Yea. If that is looking good I got some great acreage down in the Lousiana bayou to build your mansion on. Dude cannot pass (32 QB rating), cannot read a defense. But he sure can run around a lot.

Ha! When I first responded to the thread, I didn't even realize Willis got 48 of his 80 yards on a pass thrown three yards behind the line of scrimmage, a tight end screen that looked like it should have gone nowhere.

To be fair, he made two really good throws in the second quarter. One set up the Titans' second touchdown. The other was dropped shortly before halftime and would have at least set up a field goal try.

Willis only path to success is to install an offense like the Broncos did with Tebow. Have him run 20 times a game and have Henry run 30 times a game. Limit his passes to no more than 10 a game. They could be successful at this, even last night after his horrible passing performance the Titans still took the Chiefs into OT with this offense. Only some miraculous individual play late in the game by Mahomes pulled it out for the Chiefs.
