After taxes, you would be a minority owner

Rooney would be in charge of spending your money

The Broncos sold for $4.65 Billion. The price tag for the Steelers will be north of $5 Billion easy. Art will never sell any way.

A dominant defense that is physical, fundamentally sound tacklers coupled with an offense that can run the ball and own the time of possession. The team is also disciplined (i.e. no stupid penalties, team first mentality) and physical on both sides of the ball. I don't care that the rules favor the pass in todays game, because if you own the time of possession and limit the other teams offensive snaps you drastically improve your chances of winning. Any time we truly went deep in the playoffs over our history, we had great offensive and defensive lines.

I have witnessed low points after the 70's. But it's different now. I do believe a regime change is needed and its not the owner.

Do I watch every game now hoping they lose? It's only going to help rebuild this mess. Higher draft capital got them Ben. They need better talent all around especially the trenches.

My focus is that Pickett takes a step forward, limits the picks and doesn't have to throw 35 to 40 times. Also that TJ Watt doesn't aggravate his injuries.
That Harris actually starts running with authority, like Warren.

The "Steeler Way" means that not one single person I know gives me crap about this season as they know the storied tradition of this team. They also realize this season is not the norm. The "Steeler Way" means that you've been afforded the privilege to have hope at the beginning of more seasons than not.
It means the same damn thing to me today that it meant 44 years ago when I became a fan.
    Good day, sirs. Good day.

I believe the DC market is like the 5th or 6th biggest market in the US, so it is quite conceivable that he get's the money
he is asking for. Jeff Bezos might have that kind of cash? LOL
